We have two new, exciting vacancies for a Marketing Assistant and a Personal Assistant to join our expanding team and work on this once-in-a-lifetime campaign project. Read on to find out how you can apply.

 

Personal Assistant

Full-time, permanent
£17–20k depending on experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR a highly organised and efficient personal assistant who wants to be part of an exciting international fundraising campaign team that will leave a lasting legacy on the city of Edinburgh.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will assist with the planning and scheduling of this ambitious international project, liaising with Board members, trusts and major donors, as well as the general public.

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to work on a large-scale project of a lifetime in the centre of Edinburgh.

YOU WILL BE a reliable and efficient professional with excellent communication and administrative skills and a passion for working with people and streamlining processes. You will have meticulous attention to detail and be curious and adaptable to new projects, with a positive ‘can do’ approach to all tasks.

Marketing Assistant

Full-time, permanent
£17–20k depending on experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR a dynamic and creative marketing assistant who wants to be part of an exciting international fundraising campaign that will leave a lasting legacy on the city of Edinburgh.

Working with the Head of Marketing and Public Engagement, you will assist with the development and promotion of the campaign brand, leading to a wide public engagement campaign, engaging with multiple stakeholder groups using both digital and traditional marketing practices.

This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and organised individual to help shape the marketing and promotion of the West Princes Street Gardens redevelopment project to the people of Edinburgh, major donors across Scotland and to a truly international audience.

YOU WILL BE a talented and creative marketer with a passion for communicating stories and ideas through powerful branding. You will have experience across both online and offline marketing, with a flair for writing excellent copy for web and social channels and a great eye for design.
